Ideally we’d love to have Multifamily (du/tri/4 plex) to start with but we’re not opposed to single family at this point. We just want to get the first deal under our belt and start scaling! Do you have other properties in Washington?

We have not. There are zero networking groups in our area. We’re a few hours drive from bigger cities so it’s all virtual at the point. We’ve been looking towards central washington as well. Just trying to get a feel for the markets out there in all the areas.
