Stacking licenses for Resume Building
I’m currently licensed to practice real estate although I’m not yet hanging my license with a broker. I also have my Notary Public and I’m also considering getting my appraisal certificate. I was wondering does anyone have experience using my approach to add value to themselves as a Real Estate professional. More specifically, has anyone ever seen a situation where an individual has their license for real estate AND an appraisal cert? All input is welcome!
