Thinking of becoming an agent
Thinking of becoming a real estate agent in the NOVA/DC area. Currently working as an engineer and as a rowing coach at a local high school. I’m not really sure the engineering route is for me, and I think I could really enjoy being a real estate agent. However, I really love my coaching position (I am paid, but not something that I can live off of and it’s something I would honestly do for free if I had to) and I’m worried that the odd hours that the position requires (weekday afternoons with races a most Saturdays in spring) would preclude me from being able to properly dedicate the time needed to being a great agent. Any advise from people in the position of real estate agent, either ways that I could make it work or reasons that I should stay at my current position? Any things to consider/ thoughts are greatly appreciated, thanks!
