New to Orange County, look for real estate or investment teams :)
I just move to Orange County from the SF Bay Area. I am looking to join a real estate brokerage or investment team (residential), so I could get up to speed. I have been licensed in CA since 2003 but I have not been very active. Look forward to join a friendly and productive group. I have some experiences in residential sales, private money, property management and buy-and-hold. Thank you for your suggestions!
