I am currently in Omaha, NE completing my Real Estate License courses and doing my research early on a possible broker to work with. I have a meeting set up to talk with them about joining the team, but I would like your expert advice! I want to be prepared, so what are some good questions to ask? Anything I should look out for during the meeting? Is there anything you as full agents wanted to know/ wish you knew before you went with a certain company?
In addition, I am looking into Century 21, Berkshire Hathaway, EXP Realty- Any suggestions or other companies I should be open too?
Thank you so much!

The company doesn’t matter so much as does initial training. Nobody really stays with one company forever so in your position you should be looking for whoever will give you the best training and mentoring as a new agent . The upside of joining a team is that you’ll be provided leads as well. However keep in mind that the most important thing you’ll ever learn in this business is how to generate leads. Nothing else matters if you don’t have clients.
