software to help agents schedule office time?
Does anyone know of any cloud software that is simple and useful for agents accessing a calendar to schedule floor time across multiple offices? We have "shifts" across multiple offices and chasing people down has become a hassle. Looking for something where people can sign up for a time slot at a certain office.
