College rental deal/not
Absentee owner has offered to sell a 5bedroom college rental. It’s a single family house. Currently, has 5 college students renting for 2500 a month. The house was built in 1926. The roof looks newer, with good bones. Asking price is 225,000. Which is quite average for comps in the area, maybe this house a little older.
I do not have the funds to buy the house. Any creative suggestions to negotiate and acquire this asset? Obviously the seller wants to get out of college rental and the fact that he is managing it out of state.
