Looking for a HELOC in the Meridian area

Hello, I'm an aspiring investor in the Treasure Valley looking at different financing options for an investment property. I am asking for recommendations for mortgage brokers, credit unions or the like for a HELOC. Thank you for your time everyone.

Are you looking to do a HELOC on your primary residence or investment property? Most local banks can do a HELOC on your primary. For investment properties though, I have not seen a lender do them.

Sorry @Erik Estrada I should have specified. It would be on my primary residence and I've already reached out to my local credit union, I just would like to see others opinions or options.

Depending on the amount, Keybank is one of the few credit unions that will go up to 90% LTV with attractive terms. They would be another company to check with.
