Secured with 100% equity property
I am looking for 2 loans: One a secured loan on a property that has 100% equity, & another on the multifamily property that I buy. Private lender at lease for the secured loan. I don't want a HELOC.
I expect to give great terms to the person who lends to me. I'm interested in hearing any terms, but the loan will be for a down payment for the property I want to buy. I'm also willing to hear 100% terms however, I am aware that the 100% loan is highly unlikely. Willing to hear terms on anything you're willing to loan.
