Lender for packaged financing deal (4-5 properties) in STL/KC, MO

Anyone know of any banks/lenders/mortgage broker who would do a package financing deal of sub $50k SFR (4-5 properties) in MO for buy and hold? Looking to put down 20-25% for total purchase price of $200k. Please let me know. No HML or HML lookalike please
