Lender assistance
Me and my partners are in urgent need of funding. We would like to play ball with the cash buyers in the area but are stuck looking for hard money. We need a private lender. We are willing to sign a personal guarantee and can back funds against our 401k with access to over $400k. The reason we are not using this 401k is because it belongs to my partner and his wife wants to keep it for emergencies. If anyone can offer us assistance with funding it would be a great opportunity to make good money for the investment.
