FHA 203k and Bridge Lending

Hi Bp Community, I need Help locating a local bank in the Houston Texas area that would do FHA 203k loans and also consider bridge loans. I'm looking to start a relationship with local lenders to learn as much as can about the products I'm looking for. I'm trying start my investing career. Taking action the smartest way possible.
