Cash Out Refi of Two SFRs in Bryan TX
I own two rental houses in Bryan TX and I want to cash out refinance then to buy another property. If I go 75% LTV I should be able to take about $150k out of them. I have talked to Quicken Loans and they told me that my primary residence must be in TX to cash out refinance. Is this true because I have read conflicting things? Does anyone know a lender that will do it and what kind of rate I should expect to pay on a 30 year fixed.
