owner-occupied mortgage-bad tenant-hazardous insurance

I just got approved on owner-occupied mortgage on a triplex and bought same type of hazardous/fire insurance. Unfortunately, the notified tenant refused to leave and I started the eviction process, which can easily take 3 months. the fire insurance provider will terminate the service within 1 month. Should I simply buy  fire insurance for rental property meanwhile and switch back to owner-occupied type after eviction? what would be the impact on mortgage? what are my insurance or other options? Thanks.
