BPO Question from CA Realtor/Appraiser
Been a long time appraiser here in Sacramento, CA and have seen the light as far as the decline in demand for appraisers and have dusted off my real estate license. Would like to establish direct working relationships with banks and asset managers to generate some BPO business for my company and avoid the low fees and the likes of the manangement companies (Clear Capital types). Any suggestions as to sources I could approach or possible lists of potential clients? Thanks in advance.
