Refince or get equity?
I'm in a position to refinance my home while keeping my day job (that I hate) but with current circumstances I'm challenged to refinance my mortgage and place it safe or do I get equity an loan to invest in rental? I dont know where I stand with my job due to corona and need to make a jump into realesate. I'm 41 with a 1 and 2 yr old potentially getting divorced and looking for advise.. my goals are to get into realesate but caught in this scenario.. sounds more like I should seek a therapist but in all seriousness need to make a jump.. any suggestions?
