Residential vs Commercial Loan
Hello,
Currently we have 3 duplexes under contract, all beside each other from the same seller. Since they are each considered a “residential” property, I assumed we would be able to get a 30 year fixed rate loan. Our bank is growing it as a commercial loan and is lumping it into one 20 year AM commercial loan. This kills cash flow. Does anyone have any experience with a similar situation and could provide guidance or advice? Thanks in advance!
