Finishing the year STRONG!
Many people don't market this time of year because of the holidays. I took a week off for Thanksgiving but kept the direct mail campaign with @Jerry Puckett firing on all cylinders since then.
Today I locked up a great off market 3/1 1000 sqft property. I also was contacted by a client over the weekend interested in working with me to list their home. When it rains it pours!
