OK, so I'm new to Real Estate Investment as a whole, having only purchased homes to be used as my primary residence, and only owning one at a time. When I saw he notification suggesting that I share my past successes or proudest moments my first thought was "that's not me yet". Then I thought about where in the process I am now in comparison to where I was a couple of months ago, and I'm definitely moving toward where I want to be.
As of this moment, and until I've purchased my first investment property, my proudest moment will be no **** deciding to invest in real estate. I believe that in time I will be like many of you on BP, looking back at that moment as the start of a new chapter.
Good luck TJ! Yes - It is your first step and probably most important one! to make the decision! Today, I rejected position for new /2nd job with much higher pay. Afer thinking about it and revisiting Mr. Kiyosaki's casflow quadrant I decided that it is not for me. I don't want to spend every day to get up and work for for money. My passion is real estate and this job would only give me some security, less time for myself -far from financial freedom :)
