Successful exit strategies for Turnkeys: Do they exist?
Hey BP --
I'm moving toward my first residential investment property and weighing the pros and cons of out-of-state turnkeys. I don't imagine investing with turnkeys long-term and so I'm wondering how others have used them as a stepping stone to more lucrative opportunities.
Assuming that I find a solid turnkey provider in a solid market, what should I be thinking about with regard to exit strategies? Has anyone been successful with anything other than cash flow? I don't want to start with turnkeys and find out 5 years later that they're dead weight.
If you are a turnkey provider, please refrain from chiming in on this one. You'll get your turn. :)
Much appreciated!
