Investing in Real Estate Out of State in Home Your Town
Does anyone have any experience investing in their home town even though they live out of state? I know several people use turnkey providers when choosing to invest out of state, but has anyone had success tapping into a market outside of where they live? What are some of the difficulties or successes you guys have faced with this? I am new to investing (looking for that first deal) and new to BiggerPockets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
