90 Challenge Success story
Thank you @brandon. In December i listened to Podcast Episode #261 and accepted the challenge and started submitting offers. I am not sure exactly what i had been waiting for but that episode helped me turn the page. I started seriously crunching numbers and making offers. I was overly conservative and honestly, I felt a little embarrassed with my offers. While a few have been laughed off, strides have been made.
My partners and I have formed our LLC and are closing on our first property this month

And, I have my duplex under contract
When I listen to the BP podcasts they all come to the question " What prevents people from succeeding or even getting started?". Most answers are the same. It's all about getting started and putting in the work. It just takes one step at a time. I couldn't agree more
