Closed on my first deal...

Closed on my first deal today. It has been a fun yet interesting journey to get here. It is a little 2 bedroom 1 bath house that doesn't need very much rehab if any. A few repairs and a good pressure washing and this puppy is ready to have a tenant move in. I would like to take a moment and thank those who have inspired me... those who provided information and direction.... Without you I am not sure this moment would have been possible. I would also like to take a moment to encourage anyone who may read this. Stay the course. You don't have to reinvent the wheel... The pathways are there and when it seems things are tough.. its ok.. work through it. There are a lot of people here and other places that are wanting to help to see you succeed. It is worth it in the end. I am now the owner of my first Buy and Hold property. It is only the first and I now begin the search for my next one. :-)

congrats brother! I myself just purchased my first buy and hold early December last year and took care of minor issues and had a rented in place on a nice 14 month lease. currently hunting for my second one as we speak. I'm targeting Atlanta and Indiana this time. where was your first purchase?

It was in my hometown in New Bern NC. And yes the hunt is on for #2 🙂  congrats on the 14 month lease

very nice! best of luck brother, keep sharing as they keep coming! Have a blessed weekend
