This actually is not my story, it's about two 20-something brothers from South Korea with whom I am acquainted. Their parents brought them here when they were pre-school age. The older brother is a veteran and is married now. The younger brother dropped out of college just short of a degree and is dating.

They started out $200 over-drawn and with their credit cards maxed out. They learned how to raise funds and do deals using none of their own money or credit since they had none of either.

They now have their own home in an up-scale suburban subdivision which they acquired using owner financing. They have 76 units paying them rent on a monthly basis and are looking to acquire more.

Just wanted to let folks know that starting out with less than nothing *IS* possible, if you're willing to learn, to seek education and to do what it takes.
