First deal in the books, Thanks BP and DFW community

I couldn't wait to post something in the success forum, so I will take full advantage!... After several months of education, a 1400 mile move across the country, and a few memorable/botched deals, we got our first investment property under our belts this week. It is a 4-plex in the Fort Worth neighborhood of Benbrook, TX. So far we have only had to fix a mailbox, but I know the learning experiences are coming our way!

Thanks to the BP forums & podcasts, and everyone we've met since we moved here. All have had an impact on our confidence level and knowledge-building. I'm ready for the next one, bring it on.
