Contractor that understands needs on investors
Can any one recommend a contractor that understands how to maximize profits for the rental investors?
I would be careful not to hire the GC that gives you the cheapest quote. Find a few and pick the one that has a track record and can handle it. Then adjust your numbers accordingly. It's better to make a conservative amount then go through 2-3 GC's and not make anything.
