Anybody dealt with fairly large stress cracks on brick house? I have a house near San Antonio that the foundation has already been repaired, but there is a pretty big  stress crack going up one side of the house.

I'm guessing that you mean the mortar between bricks have gaps where the bricks have separated. Usually that means the mortar has to be retucked. I had that happen on a chimney once and I had a guy who built chimneys take care of it. He dug out the old and put in the new. An online seach for brick layers or masonary contractors should get you started.
