Hello BP Community,

Seeking recommendations/referrals for project managers and general contractors that come by personal-use reference in the single family home / duplex flipping rehab environment.  All the usual criteria (flexible, adaptive, attention to detail, timely and accurate (bids and work), accountable, quality work, honest, etc).  

Specific area of work will be the South King and Pierce counties.
