Contractor Needed - Chicagoland Area
Hey BP! I am looking for a contractor to build a relationship with in the Chicagoland Area. I am looking to do some flips in the area and the contractors I have worked with in past have not worked out at all.
My current need is for a contractor for a gut-rehab flip project in Dolton, IL. It will be a full gut, down to studs, and rehab to flip in less than 120 days. Some nice, attractive, finishes on a budget.
Any referrals for respected and reputable local contractors / GC? Any help from the community would be greatly appreciated!
