Mass State law contracting site
my cordless power tools were recently stolen off the job site I was working and I was wondering is the general contractor's Insurance liable to pay back or reimburse stolen tools if it is a private site with signs posted that says no trespassing police take notice in Massachusetts? Is there any laws about things like this?
