General contractor in Indianapolis

Hi everyone, I just finished my first flip in Indianapolis, and I see a lot of folks are looking for an honest GC that operates with a lot of integrity. I worked with a man named Grady Selvaag of Creative Restorations and he went above and beyond for me. He helped me not only with quotes and pricing, but also certain pitfalls to avoid. He also showed me what the norm is in the area as far as finishes so I could know if I was over renovating or not. Mind you, this was my first flip and I live in Las Vegas and you know what they all say about long distance flips and how difficult they are. I couldn't have done it without Grady.
