We recently purchased a duplex to fix and hold in the Detroit area (zip code 48221). We are looking for a licensed contractor that is willing to build a long term relationship with us because we will be purchasing more. The duplex is in need of a total renovation I do have a contractor that I use for some work however there are some items he cannot do because of his location. Also I‘m in need a property manager once the house is completed. Even if you have worked with a contractor or property manager and had a good experience if you could recommend them that would be great as well. Right now the house needs to be gutted out.

That's great. I found someone too. I'm using them for a duplex that I just purchased on the east side. It's a full rehab. I'll let you know how it goes.
