Hi, I'm looking to build a relationship with a handyman in the Collingdale, PA area to serve a growing rental portfolio of multifamily apartments.  Tasks such as unit turnover ( painting, light carpentry, flooring, light pluming, etc..) and basic repairs ( running toilets, drain clogs, changing locks, installing doors, smoke detectors, etc..).  I look forward to a connection! 

Hey @Luca Valentine shoot me a message and I will give you the info for one of my guys. He is kind of in between a GC and a Handyman but he does all of my repairs on my portfolio and is very reasonable.
