Benefits of BiggerPockets PRO & Possible off-market Exposure
Hey everyone!
Just weighing the options for going to the PRO account. My main goal is to expand off-market deal brokers and wholesaler options for the Houston area/South Texas area.
Any one have recommendations for joining wholesaler forums for MULTI-FAMILY properties?? Thanks!
@Federico Gutierrez - I'm not sure a Pro account will give you access to that many off-market deals.

@Federico Gutierrez currently with Pro there isn't any added access to off-market deals. We do have new Pro Benefits coming later this year that will include access to off market deal though. If there are any other things you believe BiggerPockets could be doing to bring value to the Pro membership feel free to reach out. I'd love to chat more over zoom and discover ways that we may be able to increase the value of our Pro Membership.
