Looking to use a spreadsheet for analysis

I'm looking for a working excel spreadsheet I can use to analysize purchases for rental.  Anyone have a simple one to share?

Hey @Stacy Lane, I have one I made on google sheets if you want to use it.  https://docs.google.com/spread...  If you fill in the yellow cells it will auto-populate the others.  It isn't pretty but if you have any questions, let me know.

Yeah I'd have to say that the BP calculators are great. I have a much more complex one I use currently, but if you're just getting started then it's a great one to use.
