Hi Jose,

I'm going to answer this how our company attorneys always tell us to answer it...it depends. If you do it the right way. Yes. If you pick up a property and represent yourself as the owner, especially without putting in your contract and notifying the owner you are a wholesaler...then no. If you are picking up properties in Beaver, I'd love to be put on your list as well because myself, and my team are buying (and have clients who buy) out in Beaver!
