Trying to cancel BP pro membership
I jumped the gun and bought BP pro last month but I’ve been having second thoughts about it and have been trying to get a refund due to the 30 day money back guarantee. I used the contact us page to try to get in touch with BP support and initially got a response but haven’t heard back in 2 weeks now despite sending 4 follow up emails. Is there a customer service phone number that I could use to contact someone at BP? I’m in a small financial bind right now and I could use the $300 back, especially since I’m not really planning on using the pro features any time soon.

So is there a phone number?
I just got an email that my pro membership auto-renewed today and went to the website to cancel, only to have the cancellation effective 8/19/2025. I want to cancel TODAY and get a refund of the $390 + tax membership fee. Incidentally, I cancelled last year when it auto renewed as well - I guess I've got to completely delete my profile and close the attached credit card for a cancellation to stick?
I'm trying to cancel too and I am not getting a response.
I have the same issue, I canceled few months ago, but got billed again... this is scam
