Question on advertisers on Biggerpockets content.

Does BiggerPockets do any verification or due diligence on advertisers on their content? I ask because I was an add in the recent newsletter for www.atminvesting.com offering a special for BP members. Does BP know anything about them? I can't find any information in the forums or elsewhere.

Would be great to know if BP is aware of/supports/endorsers any/all of their advertisers.

Thanks!

Bill

    @Bill Bockwoldt

    I do not work for BP but also it would be near impossible for them to keep track of their sponsors and what are they tracking?

    If it’s illegal activity that’s one thing, but if the sponsor has a recent poor track record - who is to confirm that or verify it without having it third party independently audited - same goes for those good sponsors.

    I view the ads on BP no different than I see a Google ad - I am aware of a service but just because they advertise on a site does not mean they are the right fit

    I know BP trys to Vet lenders as much as possible .. so weed out fake lenders who just steal DD money.. other than that I dont personally know.. but I suspect BP relys on feed back from members

    I don't think they do much vetting unless there is a complaint. Upgrading to premium is all online.
