I can't seem to find my Friend!

Hello there Admin-

For some reason when I logged on today and had a new friend request from a BP member I could not add said member to my list. It said "that the page I am looking for does not exist and that I may have mistyped the address", but all I did was accept said request!

I need Help please anyone!
