Does the upper left corner of the site look a little different? Actually, the WHOLE top looks different. 

Welcome to the NEW look of BiggerPockets. We have a NEW logo, a NEW navigation bar, and a NEW Footer. We've cleaned things up, and made the whole site easier to use.

Let's take a quick tour of what has changed...

First off, let's talk about the Navigation Bar at the top of the page. Bye-bye blue, hello cool grey. 

We've grouped the different sections of the site in a slightly new way. 

Under Community, you'll find the Forums - Including a link to Trending Forum Posts, which are the most-talked about topics - Member Blogs, Networking Events, and the links to Find Members (near you) and Find Companies.

Education is where you'll find the Podcast, Blog, general Blog Topics, Brandon's helpful Guides, Books, Webinars, Courses, News and Headlines, and the Mortgage Center.

Marketplace is very similar to the old Marketplace. Properties for Sale, General Marketplace. We've also added a link to the Hard Money Lender Directory and Find Foreclosures.

Tools takes you to the calculators, REI Resources, File Place and Tenant Screening.

All the way to the right, you'll see your name. Hover over that and you'll find links to your alerts such as mentions, keyword alerts, votes, your Inbox, Help and your Profile.

Down below the whole page, you'll see changes to the footer. We now have links to our apps - both iOs and Android, along with company information, Rules, Terms of Service, and Social Media links. Hey, now's a great time to go follow us on Facebook, Twitter, G+, YouTube...
