Best method to finance a home renovation project

I am purchasing my first home which is a three family.  I will be living in one unit and renting the other two.  While the house is in good shape, I would like to renovate three bathrooms and two kitchens.  What is the best way to finance this work?  I’m assuming $50K - $70K.
