Sorry about the downtime on the forums and the site over the past day or so. I've just arrived back from my 2 week whirlwind honeymoon thorugh Asia, and saw that the forums were not functioning. They are up and running again now!

I apologize for all the problems while I was away, but thank you for continuing to support BiggerPockets! :groovy:
