Wholesaling? Pros and Cons

Hello Zachary. The pros are that it gets your foot in the door and allows you to learn the market without a ton of capital up front. The cons are that you typically won't make as much as a flipper nor build up the assets and passive income like a holder. It's a great way to get started but  any/all of them can work. Good luck! 

tough gig unless your 1000% committed and have some money to market properly.  and the time to chase down the leads and some closing skills.
