Announcing the BiggerPockets Real Estate Investing & Wealth Building Podcast

If you're familiar with podcasts, feel free to ignore any of the basic advice, but for those of you who are not in the know, a podcast is essentially a radio show. I've wanted to put one together for many years now, and with the help of @Brandon Turner , I've made that desire a reality!

The largest marketplace for podcasts is on iTunes, a place I'm sure you're all familiar with, however, you don't need an iPod, iPad, iPhone, Mac or other Apple device to listen.

Simply go to our podcast:

Click on the show you want to listen to, then listen via the embedded player. You can also download the .mp3 file for that show below the player itself.

Otherwise, if you want to subscribe via iTunes, you can do that too.

I was hoping you guys would start a podcast. Most real estate podcasts (that I have found at least) seem to focus on wholeselling or other "quick buck" strategies. I hope this draws from the diverse knowledge at Biggerpockets to provide investing information beyond what most podcasts provide.

(edit) I enjoyed the first episode and cannot wait for more. I left a review in iTunes as well. Good work guys!

@Eric F. - Thanks for listening! As you heard from the first show, this isn't about the get rich quick garbage, but about building solid foundations and strategies to help you be successful. I appreciate your feedback and hope you'll spread the word about the show!

Great idea guys! I was needing some new material to listen to in the car.

Great job Josh!! 5 stars and positive comments left on Itunes.

Excellent something other then the political banter in the car.. I also like Dave Ramsey and Clark Howard but I need some variety;) If it goes national I would be excited. Instead of Mad Money we will hear Bigger Pockets and create some new rockstars in the world of investing

Thanks @William Bannister ! I, too, think that would be awesome. I use to wanna be a rockstar - but I just sold my electric guitar. So I'll take being part of the rockstars of real estate investing :)

That is the first podcast I have listened to in a long time (besides one on University of Kentucky sports and cigars) and I was very impressed. I gave up on real estate podcasts a long time ago after not being able to make it through the first 2 mins of any of them. I was very impressed with the hosts, the content, and the guest!

Great job Josh, Brandon and Marty. (oh, and I can play one hell of a cowbell)!

I'm glad to hear that we met your expectations, @James Vermillion ! I hope we can continue to meet and exceed them as we put out future episodes. Please do take a minute to rate the show and leave feedback on iTunes when you can. Thanks again!

I just provided an honest rating and review and would encourage others who listened to do the same!

BiggerPockets in the car and on the hiking trail. That was a great first episode. If you haven't listened, Marty tells about how he went up $8 million, down $10 million, and back up again. Check it out.
