It's important to know if the utilities are separate for all the units. Also who is paying the utilities the tenants or the Seller.
Here are a few: The tenants themselves and payment history (rent roll), lease terms, condition of units, deposits on file, any additional fees being charged/collected, thoughts from neighbors, pets, and how taxes are assessed in the area once it is purchased.
