Strategy to fill MHP
Do you bring in used mobile homes or new to fill vacant lots? Can you partner with local dealers to put homes on your lots on "consignment"? How far away will you purchase a used mobile home? I have seen some good deals a few hundred miles away but not sure if that is a good option to move it that far.
