Bundle package Mobile home investing.
so me and my family are looking to invest in multi family in the connecticut area , we havent really picked a destination in CT at this moment , looking and analyzing alot before we make this move , we have started to build our team slowly but surely getting there. Buthe the reason for my post today was in my search of house I came across 3 mobile home "bundle package" as I would call it for 125,000 for all three ,couple questions I have before I make the call to look at these. First question is they are in the uncasville ,CT area down by Mohegan sun casino very touristy area , does anyone have any knowledge about that area and renters ? 2nd question does anyone have experience renting out mobile homes in CT and how is the marketime? also how would I go about figuring out my mortgage because it is 3 seperate mobile home , would it be on the land that all 3 sit on ? or on the price for all 3 ? if anyone has any information for me please message me . this is my first post on here,looking for any information regarding mobile homes buying, renting, mobile home parks ? anything I think this may be a direction I'd like to go . here the link to look at the properties I found
