Concerns of a property on a Dirt Road
I've never purchased a home or mobile home on a dirt road before but I have a decent amount of ideas of risk/costs could be; such as future paving, maintenance, dirty. I am looking at a property that's on a long dirt road. It's very well maintained, the seller said one of the older men on the street maintains it and some people give him $50 for his work. (It's a lower income area in the county/country)
I'd love to know any pros/cons & experience you've had with selling and/or renting a place on a dirt road.
