Buying a MHP in tornado prone areas

I'm looking at putting an offer in on a MHP that's in Iowa, but I'm scared it'll have a tornado devastate the park and the homes. Does anyone have advise about this and does anyone have MHPs in South Iowa that has experienced a tornado near their MHP? Thanks!
