Individual Mobile Home Financing
Hello everyone. There is a mobile home park in CA that I have found it very hard to find someone to lend on. I'm a loan officer. It is a 55+ community, the homes are not on a permanent foundations. When one is purchased, it also comes with a share or stock of the corporation which is worth a certain amount. So it's not exactly a typical HOA community. The share and property may not be traded separately. Thank you
